Throughout Stan’s thirteen years in real estate, he has grown and maintained a lucrative portfolio. Since 2016, Stan has been investing in multi-family properties. His first multi-family investment project was developing raw land into a thirty-three home subdivision in the city of Greenville. Not only does he have extensive transactional real estate experience, he also owns and operates a residential construction business. In his construction business, he has built hundreds of homes across the Upstate of South Carolina. He owns a residential portfolio that includes one-hundred and fifty properties. Stan’s exceptional portfolio of profitable investments paired with hisreal estate knowledge and customer-driven personality allows for him to create success in every opportunity.

Bryan utilizes his expertise to negotiate and structure the acquisition and development of future projects for VanRock while procuring the necessary entitlements for development. Bryan has an extensive legal background in private practice representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, real estate entitlement and development, complex partnership structures, and commercial finance for VanRock’s acquisition and development projects. For the past eight years, Bryan has represented companies ranging from international corporations to privately owned family business in the purchase and sale of assets to include real property and companies. Providing solutions from raising funds from debt, equity partnerships, and asset sales has allowed Bryan to provide actionable solutions to his client’s many objectives.
